Marketing Manager

e. Maintain current competitive overviews and product comparisons
3. Sales Support
a. Coordinate training for field sales and product support groups
b. Provide product information to sales reps
c. Support and lead ongoing CRM training and best practices
d. Establish metrics for CRM to assess sales force and customer engagement to determine success
e. Identify and share best practices related to growth, prospecting, negotiating and closing
f. Assists with special projects and other sales functions as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
While not absolutely necessary, heavy construction equipment experience preferred – dealer, rental or manufacturer.
Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, analytical and customer service skills
Able to proficiently handle multiple deadlines and/or tasks while working independently without oversight
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

This position is responsible for determining the status of service needs for various heavy construction equipment and engines, and performing the necessary service, preventative maintenance, repairs to restore the equipment to proper operation.
Duties
• Maintain and repair of a variety of construction equipment, tools, and vehicles involving mechanical , hydraulics, and diesel, pneumatic and electrical systems
• Complete Preventative Maintenance work orders and related paper work
• Ensure all paperwork is turned in timely and accurately
