Rental Agreement and Insurance Certificate

Hi-Way Equipment rents by the day, week or month. The rental equipment can be delivered to a Hi-Way Equipment customer or picked up at a Hi-Way Equipment location. The rental agreement and certificate of insurance may be delivered by fax, mail or by hand.

The rental agreement requires that the rental customer insure the machine against physical damage and obtain casualty and liability insurance to protect both the customer and Hi-Way Equipment Company. The certificate must identify the Rental Equipment Insurance Coverage and must name Hi-Way Equipment Company as an additional insured and as a loss payee.

Invoices and Payment Terms
CNH Revolving Account Customers with an established CNH Revolving Accounts are invoiced when the rental equipment reaches the monthly rate with net 30-day payment terms. Daily and weekly rentals are invoiced upon return.

Project Information
Hi-Way Equipment Company may request a commercial, nongovernmental customer to provide project information, such as location, owner, contractor, bond information and job number.
